Community Discussion about Needed Revitalization of the Penn Valley Business District

Over 35 residents from Penn Valley, Narberth, Merion and others across the Township met with Lower Merion Township Director of Building and Planning Chris Leswing and Ward 1 Commissioner Dan Bernheim to brainstorm ideas for improvements to the Penn Valley business district (also known as the Montgomery Avenue Corridor) along Montgomery Avenue from Old Gulph Road to Maplewood Ave.

As a start to the discussion, PV resident Kristina Chang presented the following goals, community asks, and next steps.
