About Us

THE PENN VALLEY CIVIC ASSOCIATION IS A GROUP OF PENN VALLEY NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS INTERESTED IN BETTERING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH VOLUNTEER WORK, advocacy and education BY ITS MEMBERs.

The purpose of this Association shall be the preservation of the natural beauty and the residential preeminence of the Penn Valley area, the improvement of its physical qualities and the promotion of community spirit and communication among its members. (Article 1, Penn Valley Civic Association By-Laws)
